The person behind Prideful Move

Real estate is the anchor. People are the reason.

My job is not simply to open doors or put a sign in the yard. It is to listen closely, understand what you are trying to accomplish and build a practical strategy around your life, finances and goals.

I was born and raised in New Hampshire, and that lifelong connection shapes the way I work. From Manchester to rural communities, condominiums, multifamily properties and lake homes, I look beyond listing photos to how a property will actually work for you.

I will be honest when a property, price, timeline or strategy may not support your goals. You should never feel pushed, left in the dark or treated like just another transaction.

Local roots. Real-world perspective.

A New Hampshire advisor who understands the life after closing, too.

I own, renovate and manage rental properties. I analyze investment opportunities, work through maintenance decisions and understand the tenant, vacancy and capital-expense realities that do not appear in a listing description. That hands-on perspective strengthens the advice I give every client—not only investors.

An investor’s perspective

I know what happens after closing.

Real estate decisions do not end when the keys change hands. Ongoing costs, maintenance, vacancies, capital improvements and management realities all shape whether a property supports the plan behind it.

I do not promise returns. I help clients investigate carefully, ask better questions and make decisions that fit their own strategy and comfort level.

Community, inclusion and service

Home is bigger than a transaction.

Housing affects stability, opportunity, belonging and the way communities grow. My real estate work and community leadership are connected because both are ultimately about people and place.

I serve as President of the Auburn-Candia Lions Club and as a board member of The Laurels Farm Co-Operative in Sandown. These are hands-on roles rooted in service, sustainable agriculture and helping people feel connected to where they live.

I also care deeply about affordable housing and LGBTQ+ advocacy. My mindfulness certification supports the calm, grounded way I work when a process becomes fast or stressful: return to the facts, understand the options and protect the goal.
